The Road to Nowhere

In the summer of 2015 I crossed the borders of 13 countries and got picked up by more than 30 drivers. While trying to avoid hostels I surfed eight couches, wild-camped at beaches, forests and Gas-Stations. My trip started in Hamburg, Germany and I wanted to learn more about Eastern Europe. Without a clear route I stopped in Hungary, Romania, made it all the way down to Greece, traveled the balkans, Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia and ended in the Netherlands. I traveled two months by land, hitch hiked alone, with friends, strangers and groups.
