This behind-the-scenes documentary follows the transformation of NLND Berlin — from the vision driving Europe’s leading innovation campus, to the people and teams turning raw industrial spaces into vibrant environments of creativity and collaboration. It captures the energy behind building a hub where global players like Philip Morris, deeptech startups, SMEs, corporates, and research institutions come together to pioneer a new model for industrial innovation in Germany and Europe. More than the restoration of buildings, this is the creation of a living campus featuring a conference center, creative studios, sports park, restaurants, and public spaces — a place where industry evolves through technology, imagination, and bold thinking.
